Considering Weather Conditions: The Vigil Planning Team asks that all persons make the best decision for themselves regarding attendance at tomorrow morning’s Vigil. Some members of the planning team will make every effort to be at the Vigil site at Whipple Court House so that you will not be there alone if you venture out.
