The month of October began with temperatures in the nineties and ended with snow. AID volunteers were extremely busy getting out warm winter gear. We received donations of coats, hats, mittens, and blankets from St Joan of Arc, ICOM affiliates, and dormant AID clients that wanted to help. Our volunteers organized and cataloged the items.
After the judge’s decision in late December to deport Tulio, the family has decided to appeal his asylum case. Fingers crossed under a new administration we pray his appeal will be successful. He continues to be detained at Kandiyohi County Jail while he awaits his chance to appeal. We continue to stand in solidarity with
