The host for February’s vigil will be COPAL. Established in 2018, COPAL (Communities Organizing Latino Power and Action) is a member-based organization that works to improve the quality of life for Latino American families. Their strategic roadmap outlines specific objectives for the period of 2023-2025 based on three pillars: building collective power, transforming system, and creating opportunities.
