After the judge’s decision in late December to deport Tulio, the family has decided to appeal his asylum case. Fingers crossed under a new administration we pray his appeal will be successful. He continues to be detained at Kandiyohi County Jail while he awaits his chance to appeal. We continue to stand in solidarity with him and his family, his wife Chelsea and Baby Ryan during this trying time.
